Prices and stock in our website may change without notice. If a price on the website is obviously wrong Mosaic Supplies Limited may refuse to process the order.

Dispatch times
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. If we are not able to process your order right away for any reason (out of stock, additional postage, error in price) we will contact you by e-mail.  In the unlikely case that satisfactory arrangements can not be made for customer and Mosaic Supplies Limited, return your money.

Postage and packing charges
Postage and packing charges are based on order weight (including packing) and delivery location.

Delivery methods
Orders with a gross weight of less than 2kgs are usually sent by Royal Mail and larger orders are sent by courier.

Returns
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason you may return the order to us, unused, in saleable condition, within 14 days for a full refund.

Discount Codes
Where a discount code is issued for members of an organisation we reserve the right to check that the shopper is currenty a member of the named organisation.

Recycling
Mosaic Supplies Limited policy with regards to the environment is as green as possible. We recycle as much packaging as we can and when possible we buy recycled or recyclable products.

Liability
Whilst Mosaic Supplies Limited is happy to give advice on product use we cannot accept any liability on the use of them as that is outside our control. Mosaic Supplies Limited can not be held responsible for any injury to persons, animals or property handling, working with or being in contact with any product obtained from Mosaic Supplies Limited or on any premises occupied by Mosaic Supplies Limited. Customers must always be sure that they take adequate safety precautions when working with any materials.

Colours
Please note that for technical reasons colours as shown on screen may not exactly match the actual colours of the tiles. Colours may also vary between different batches of materials.

Damage in transit
Mosaic materials are fragile and it is not possible to insure them against damage in transit. We will always pack materials in the best possible way to protect them from damage but we can not accept responsibility for any damage in transit.
